Small Groups Opportunities

We see with each other every week.  However, there is never enough time to really get to know others within our community. Small groups enable us to get to know others on a deeper level.  These groups have been essential in forming a tighter community where we can depend on each other for guidance, friendship, and help.

It is through community where we are galvanized to pursue God in a way that will actually transform us. Please contact any of the team leaders for information on plugging into one or more of our groups.

Movies, Books, and Discussion

Night at the Movies

Most of the movies we watch are non-religious movies.  There are many non-religious movies that can give great insight into how God interacts with us and our world.  Contact Marilyn E for more information.

Weekly Prayer Gathering

Jane and Vance Joyner continue the PRAYER GATHERING at their home in Bellevue on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 for an hour. Communal prayer affords great benefits in terms of peace, calm, community, and care for oneself and others.  Jane usually begins with personal concerns for participants needs and carries on from there.  Contact the church office more more details.

Responding to God's seeking love, we endeavor to create a vital Christian community in Central Hanover County by committing ourselves to God, serving Christ in the people of Central Hanover, sharing the story of God's love shown in Jesus Christ, and living out the meaning of that story in our worshipping, serving, and relating to one another.
